Henry was an assistant waiter at the Crown Hotel Framlingham at the dinner of the Farmers' Club when he was slapped on the head then pushed, knocking mutton to the floor, and had spirits and water thrown in his face. This arose following Henry issuing a writ for payment of a bullock. The case was dismissed
